RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Makena Concept Store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully.
Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at makenamokgoshialfred@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Consumable or hygiene-related products once opened
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (PayPal or card).
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please first check with your bank or PayPal. If the issue persists, contact us at makenamokgoshialfred@gmail.com.
