Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

South Africa (Domestic): Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days from dispatch.

International Orders: Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days from dispatch, depending on destination country and customs clearance.

Please note that these are estimates and delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
